What is gold vermeil?
Gold vermeil is a thick layer of gold over sterling silver. The layer is significantly thicker than your traditional plating so it lasts a lot longer with just a little bit of TLC!
Why does sterling silver have other metals?
Like gold, silver is a very soft, pliable metal so it needs to be mixed with other metals to get that toughness.
Is your silver sterling silver or plated?
We use sterling silver and you'll notice that little 925 number on the inside - this is the international symbol for sterling silver, meaning it is compromised of 92.5% silver, with the rest mixed with copper and zinc.
All our products are also nickel free.
Are your items hypoallergenic?
Yes, they are skin friendly! Our founder has sensitive skin and her motto is, 'if I can't wear it, it shouldn't be sold.'
Do you give back to any charities?
This is one of our favorite parts about The Stacker Shop - in short, absolutley! Our mission is to bridge the connection between humans and animals. We are all connected in some way, shape or form and without animals, we would not be here today.
A portion of our proceeds goes towards various animal organizations from local rescue groups to international organizations.
Are your materials ethically sourced?
Absolutley! We pride ourselves on using ethically sourced materials, from our metals to our gemstones. We partner with internationally recognized vendors to ensure all materials are traced back into the supply chain.

What are the shipping timeframes like?
We use a variety of shipping services to accomodate what you want. For domestic orders if using USPS, please expect anywhere from 3-7 business days. If using FedEx, please expect anywhere from 2-6 business days.
For international shipping, FedEx will deliver within 7-15 business days.
How soon do I receive my item after I place the order?
It is important to us that you get your item as soon as possible! Once you place your order, we ship it out within 1-2 business days.
I want to exchange/return my item. What do I do?
Items can be exchanged/returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in it's original packaging. All sale items are final.
To start the exchange/return process, email email@example.com with your full name and order number. Upon receiving your email, we will send you a return label.
If there have been any signs of wear and tear, The Stacker Shop has the right to not refund you.
If you purchased your item from a third party vendor, you must contact them directly.
Items shipped within the US are free. There is a $20-30 charge for international shipments.
I love my jewelry, but it got damaged. What do I do?
Not to worry! We have a one year warranty on our demi-fine pieces, meaning if your piece breaks and/or loses a gemstone, we will send you a new one for free! All we need from you is to return the piece back to us and once we receive it, you'll get your new jewelry as soon as possible.
Our fine jewelry has a 5-year warranty - if it gets damaged and/or gemstone falls out, we will repair it for free. Any repairs needed beyond 5 years may be subject to a small fee.
Please note that wear and tear is normal (the more you wear it, the more susceptible it can be - think of your favorite pair of jeans that you wear all the time...the more you wear it, the more wear and tear it gets) and the warranty does not cover it. This also includes if the piece tarnishes.
However, we also understand that every situation is unique so always reach out to us if you have any questions.
Can I exchange one piece for a different style?
You can only exchange pieces of the same style.
